Hall Booth Smith adds new Associates in Atlanta and Columbus

Hall Booth Smith, P.C. has added four new associates to its offices in Atlanta and Columbus, Georgia as the firm continues to grow its litigation practice across the Southeast.
“We warmly welcome these new associates to our HBS family, and we are excited to have them represent our clients,” said Alex Booth, managing partner of Hall Booth Smith.
D. Reid Morelli is an associate in the Atlanta office, practicing in general liability, general litigation, insurance coverage, and intellectual property and entertainment.  Mr. Morelli is a former extern for the Atlanta Hawks in-house legal counsel and formerly interned with the Coca-Cola’s sports and global marketing in-house legal team and worked at the 2012 London Olympics for NBC Universal.  Mr. Morelli received a Juris Doctor, with Honors, from Emory University where he was in the top 10% of his class and graduated with the honor of Order of the Coif.  Mr. Morelli graduated Cum Laude from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, where he majored in Political Science and Government.
Jason Vuchinich is an associate in the Atlanta office, specializing in construction, general liability, insurance coverage, products liability, and transportation matters.  He previously served as a research assistant to Julian A. Cook for whom he conducted research on Georgia case law to contribute to the Trial Handbook for Georgia Lawyers.  Mr. Vuchinich earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Georgia after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy and political science from the University of Mississippi.  During law school, he was awarded the M.E. Kilpatrick scholarship and received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in his international law class.  Mr. Vuchinich was on the executive board of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law for the 45th volume and served as the executive conference editor.
Kathleen Wilkinson is an associate in the Atlanta office, with a focus on general liability, government affairs, professional negligence and medical malpractice, retail and hospitality, and workers’ compensation practice. She received a Juris Doctor, with Honors, from Emory University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Alabama.  Prior to law school, Ms. Wilkinson worked for Georgia Governor Nathan Deal as the executive assistant to the Chief of Staff. Ms. Wilkinson is a member of the Emory Law Journal and was a pupil in the Columbus, Georgia Inn of Court from 2015 to 2016. Ms. Wilkinson is admitted to practice law in Georgia.
Blake A. McLemore is an associate in the Columbus office, specializing in professional negligence and medical malpractice, insurance coverage, corporate and partnership, transactional, and business litigation matters.  During law school, Mr. McLemore was an articles editor of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law, the recruitment chair of the University of Georgia Law School’s Business Negotiations Competition Team, and a member of the Student Bar Association, the  Sports & Entertainment Law Society, and Business Law Society. Mr. McLemore earned a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Georgia after completing a Bachelors of Business Administration, summa cum laude, in business management at the University of West Georgia.  Earlier in his career, Mr. McLemore worked as a medical records staff member at a local law firm in Athens, Georgia where he assisted Plaintiff’s attorneys with class action litigation preparation in medical malpractice device cases.
