Hall Booth Smith Adds Rebecca Holden, Kyler Garmen in Memphis

MEMPHIS, TN – Sept. 27, 2019 – Hall Booth Smith, P.C. is pleased to welcome two new associates as the Memphis office adds new talent to meet client needs.

Rebecca Holden is an Associate who focuses her practice on general liability, health care, medical malpractice, aging services and products liability. She was previously a judicial law clerk at the Shelby County Criminal Court.

Holden holds a J.D. from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, and she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Alabama. Earlier in her career, she was the winner of the Memphis Law Advanced Moot Court Competition, and she was Associate Justice for First-Year Competition on the Memphis Law Moot Court Board.

Kyler S. Garmen is an Associate who focuses on aging services, dental, general liability, health care, medical malpractice and professional negligence. He also serves as a Judge Advocate with the United States Army Reserve and provides a wide range of legal services to support combat-ready units and soldiers.

Garmen earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Arkansas School of Law. In his second year, he won the Ben J. Altheimer Moot Court Competition and was awarded the Best Written Brief and Best Oralist honors. He also completed a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, from Middle Tennessee State University.
