Hall Booth Smith Hires Jonathan Arndt as Charleston Office Expands

Hall Booth Smith, P.C. has hired Jonathan Arndt as an associate as the firm expands its office in Charleston, South Carolina.

Mr. Arndt practices in a wide variety of professional negligence and medical malpractice, general liability, insurance coverage and construction matters.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Arndt clerked for circuit court judges in Charleston, the Honorable J.C. Nicholson, Jr. and the Honorable Thomas L. Hughston, Jr.

Mr. Arndt earned a J.D. from the Charleston School of Law, where he graduated cum laude and was a member of the editorial board for the Charleston Law Review. He was named to the Presidential Honors Society, and he received the CALI Award for the Highest Scoring Student in contracts, commercial law, and drafting contracts & loan agreements.

Mr. Arndt also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from West Virginia University, where he was a member of the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity.
