Hall Booth Smith is Pleased to Announce Madeline Mitchell as a New Associate in the Brunswick Office

Hall Booth Smith (HBS) is pleased to announce and welcome Madeline Mitchell as an Associate in Brunswick Office. Mitchell will be focusing on the Long Term Care and Senior Housing Industry practice for the clients in this area. She will be joining a team of 16 attorneys with a concentration in Long Term Care and Senior Housing Industry practice group that is led by Drew Graham, Partner at HBS. Mitchell will also practice in the areas of professional negligence, medical malpractice, bankruptcy, and general insurance defense litigation.

Prior to joining HBS, Mitchell served as a law clerk to the Honorable James E. Graham, Magistrate Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia. Mitchell is a native of Augusta, Georgia and received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2012. She achieved academic success in both her undergraduate and graduate work receiving multiple scholarships for academics and serving on various student boards, including the Student Bar Association.  While in law school, Mitchell worked as a summer associate at Hull Barrett, P.C., in Augusta, Georgia, where she gained experience in general civil defense and business litigation. Mitchell graduated with her B.B.A. from the University of Georgia in 2009, magna cum laude. She was awarded highest honors for her capstone coursework in Legal Studies from the Moore Honors College in conjunction with her B.B.A. in Banking and Finance from the Terry College of Business. Mitchell is highly accomplished and we are excited to have her working at HBS and representing our clients in the Brunswick area.
