Hall Booth Smith Opens New Office in Charlotte, North Carolina

Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is pleased to announce that it is expanding its footprint by opening an office in Charlotte, North Carolina. The HBS Charlotte office will be led by Partner Richard Sheinis. The Charlotte location will be the firm’s tenth office.

Richard Sheinis is experienced in working with health care professionals and institutions, technology companies and global business entities. Mr. Sheinis takes advantage of 30 years of litigation experience to work with businesses in employment and technology, with expertise in data privacy and security. He works with a wide variety of companies from small technology businesses to publicly traded companies.

“This is a great opportunity for me, both professionally and personally,” said Mr. Sheinis. “Charlotte is a terrific city; it has a vibrant and diversified economy, which I believe can be well served by our firm. My family and I are looking forward to living in Charlotte and being part of its growth. I went to law school at Duke, so in a way, I am going back home to North Carolina.”
