Hall Booth Smith welcomes Jeffery R. Saxby

Hall Booth Smith is pleased to announce that Mr. Jeffery R. Saxby has joined the firm as Of Counsel in the Atlanta office. Mr. Saxby has more than 15 years of legal experience focusing in areas of complex business litigation, banking and financial service litigation and labor and employment litigation. He has advised and worked with a variety of companies ranging from start-up businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Saxby is well versed with disputes in local, state and federal courts, and before arbitration panels. These disputes include: contract disputes, employment discrimination claims, financial institution fraud, breach of duty and negligence claims, financial institutional loan participation disputes, and many others. He has briefed and argued a number of leading cases in his practice areas. Prior to joining HBS, Mr. Saxby was a partner at Epstein Becker &Green P.C., and Staff Attorney to the Honorable Brenda H. Cole of the State Court of Fulton County.

Mr. Saxby attended Morehouse College receiving his B.A., cum laude, with a concentration in corporate finance and a minor in economics in 1995. He attended the College of Law of Georgia State University where he received his Juris Doctorate in 1998. Mr. Saxby  is warmly welcomed to our team, and we are excited to have him represent our clients.
