Hall Booth Smith Welcomes New Associate Kristen Rajagopal

HBS welcomes Kristen Rajagopal to its Atlanta office as a new associate in the Professional Negligence/Medical Malpractice and Birth Trauma practice groups. An experienced litigator, Ms. Rajagopal has served as lead trial counsel in a variety of federal and state court cases, and has also represented clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings.

Before joining HBS, Ms. Rajagopal practiced at Ballard Spahr LLP and Fitzgerald Abbott & Beardsley LLP, where she handled all aspects of commercial litigation, particularly complex business and technology litigation and trial practice. She litigated a variety of matters including corporate law, real property unlawful detainer, business torts, trade secrets, and contract disputes. Additionally, Ms. Rajagopal has assisted financial services institutions facing litigation, government investigations and examinations, and she has represented clients with claims arising under state and federal lending statutes and consumer protection laws.

Ms. Rajagopal graduated magna cum laude and with honors from Brown University and received her J.D. from the University of Southern California. She is admitted to practice law in both California and Georgia.
