Hall Booth Smith Welcomes Three Associates Across Southeast

ATLANTA –  Hall Booth Smith, P.C. is pleased to add three new associates across the Southeast to expand its capabilities and strengths in serving client needs.

Carl C. Williams is based in Birmingham, Alabama, and he practices on health care, professional negligence and medical malpractice, business litigation and general liability matters. He previously practiced at another firm in Birmingham for four years. Williams earned a J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. He also holds a M.A. and a B.A., cum laude, from the Mississippi State University.

Dion K. Bass is an associate in the firm’s Jacksonville, Florida, office. Dion practices in the areas of medical and professional liability defense, premises liability, employment and labor law, business litigation, and trucking litigation. He previously practiced in the areas of municipal liability and employment and labor law at another Jacksonville law firm. Before the practice of law, Dion served in the United States Air Force as an aerospace maintenance apprentice. He later worked for the Department of the Air Force and spent three and a half years in Japan. Dion earned his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and his B.S. from Troy University.

R. Wells Littlefield works in our office in Brunswick, Georgia, he brings over a decade of legal experience and more than 15 years of management and leadership experience to the firm. He specializes in corporate law, estate planning, professional negligence and medical malpractice, health care, and general liability matters. Littlefield is a combat veteran and was an Air Force officer for many years, serving as a Acquisitions Manager and, later, as a Judge Advocate with an overseas deployment to serve as the lead officer for implementing a bilateral agreement between the United States and Afghanistan on the transfer of enemy combatant detainees. Littlefield earned a J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law, and a B.S. from the United States Air Force Academy.
