
HBS Charleston Welcomes Mason McInturff

Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is pleased to welcome Mason McInturff as an associate in its Charleston office. He focuses his practice on medical malpractice defense, general liability, and professional malpractice and ethics matters.

About Mason McInturff
Before joining the Charleston office, Mason worked as a law clerk in HBS’s West Palm Beach office. In that role, he gained hands-on experience in pre-suit investigations, discovery, and drafting motions across a broad spectrum of civil litigation matters. He worked closely with partners on case management, strategy development, medical record reviews, and witness interviews.
Mason earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law, where he served as an articles editor for the Nova Law Review. He was also chairman of academic activities for the school’s transactional law practice group and worked as a teaching assistant in contracts, legal research and writing. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland.
