HBS Welcomes Associate Tanner W. Yancy in Nashville

NASHVILLE, TN –  December 20, 2021 – Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is pleased to welcome Tanner W. Yancy as an Associate to its growing office in Nashville, Tennessee.

Tanner focuses his practice on healthcare litigation, transportation, insurance coverage, intellectual property, and general liability disputes. Prior to joining HBS, Tanner practiced at a regional law firm where he focused his practice on insurance defense including defending claims from initial evaluation phases through final resolution. Prior to and throughout law school, Tanner spent time on Capitol Hill working on a variety of healthcare policy and regulatory matters.

Tanner earned a J.D. from Belmont University College of Law, where he completed the College of Law’s Health Law Certificate program, served as a Student Bar Association Third Year Senator, and was a member of the Health Law Journal where he served as Director of the Journal’s annual Symposium. Tanner also holds a B.A. in Political Science from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama.
