Litigation Attorney, Aaron Romanowski, Joins Hall Booth Smith’s Memphis Office

Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) recently welcomed Associate Aaron Romanowski to its Memphis office, expanding the firm’s litigation team serving clients in general liability, health care, medical malpractice, and premises liability matters.

“Aaron has experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases. His experience in litigating cases, drafting and arguing motions, taking depositions, etc. from that perspective adds value to our litigation practice”, said Jennifer Harrison, Managing Partner of the firm’s Memphis office. “Aaron’s skillset and background strengthen his ability to assess claims, anticipate litigation strategies, prioritized, and help clients work toward efficient and practical resolutions.”

Aaron represents clients through every stage of litigation, from the initial evaluation of a claim through discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and resolution. His prior experience managing a high volume of personal injury cases gives him insight into how claims are developed and pursued, which guides his approach towards protecting clients in complex matters.

Aaron earned his Juris Doctor from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis. While in law school, he served as Associate Justice of the Moot Court Board and participated in the American Bar Association Moot Court Team and the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Team. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Greek and Roman Studies from Rhodes College.

Aaron is admitted to practice in Tennessee, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Tennessee, and the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Western Districts of Tennessee. He was also recognized as a Mid-South Rising Star by Super Lawyers® in 2025.
