HBS Welcomes Ryan Donihue as Of Counsel and Sean Cox as an Associate to the Atlanta Office

HBS is pleased to welcome Ryan M. Donihue as Of Counsel and Sean Cox as an Associate to its Atlanta office. Mr. Donihue focuses his practice on the defense of dentists, podiatrists, physicians, hospitals, and laboratories in medical malpractice and other health care issues. He also represents health care professionals in professional disciplinary proceedings. Before joining HBS, Mr. Donihue was a partner with Martin Clearwater & Bell LLP in New York City. He  also worked as an Assistant Corporation Counsel with the New York City Law Department, Office of the Corporation Counsel in the Medical Malpractice Unit. Donihue received his B.A. from the University of Puget Sound in 1997 and his J.D. from New York Law School in 2000. He is admitted to practice in Georgia, New York, Connecticut, and Texas.
Sean Cox is an associate in the Atlanta office and will be working with the Transportation Practice Group. He received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Georgia State and his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia. After law school, he clerked for the Georgia Superior Court Judges of the Cherokee Judicial Circuit. While clerking, he learned from some of the best trial lawyers in Georgia. Mr. Cox focuses his practice on the defense of transportation liability and insurance coverage. He is admitted to practice in Georgia and South Carolina.
