HBS Welcomes Sarah Pazar as an Associate in the Memphis Office

HBS is pleased to welcome Sarah Pazar as an Associate in the Memphis office. Ms. Pazar’s diverse experience includes health-care liability, medical malpractice, nursing home and long-term care defense litigation. She has also defended corporate clients in personal injury, premises liability, contract, and insurance coverage matters.
In 2014 and 2015, the Tennessee Supreme Court recognized Ms. Pazar as an Attorney for Justice. She has served as the Chair of the Young Lawyer Committee with the Memphis Area Legal Services, Inc.’s Campaign for Equal Justice since 2014.
Ms. Pazar earned a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill., with a double major in psychology and communication studies. Before starting law school, she worked with Avon 39: The Walk to End Breast Cancer in Chicago, planning and executing fundraising events to support cancer treatment and research.
Ms. Pazar earned a Juris Doctorate from Vanderbilt University Law School in Nashville, Tenn. While in law school, Ms. Pazar served as the Chief Justice of the Vanderbilt Moot Court Board. She also worked as a judicial extern for Chief Judge Jon P. McCalla and Magistrate Judge Charmiane G. Claxton, both of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.
