Daily Report: John E. Hall, Jr. Discusses Injury Attorneys & Potential for New Reproductive Health Practices

Founding Partner John E. Hall Jr. interviewed with the Daily Report for their new two-part series about verdicts in injury cases involving fetal injuries. Coupled with a national push for “personhood” rights following the U.S. Supreme Court’s overturning of federal abortion rights, the article addresses concerns in the legal industry about whether juries are valuing fetal cases more now than in the past or maybe even giving larger verdict awards because of inflation.

Regarding the personhood issue, Hall said he didn’t see a connection between the case results and the personhood issue; however, he expects more baby- and personhood-related litigation following the Dobbs decision and mentioned the firm’s new Reproductive Health Strategic Teazm, which was recently launched to counsel clients on related issues.

“I believe there will be multiple issues developing regardless of position on the issue,” he said.
