Business of Law Digest Honors HBS with Inaugural Best Place to Work Award

Hall Booth Smith is proud to announce it is the only Georgia-based law firm to be recognized on the inaugural “Best Places to Work” list from The Business of Law Digest, in conjunction with Best Companies Group. This new program recognizes firms that prioritize their employees’ well-being and create a positive work environment for their teams.

During the review process, law firms were measured against a wide range of benchmarks, including the presence of formal programs for actively recruiting a diverse workforce, long-tenured senior management, family-friendly benefits, and a focus on work/life balance.

Twenty-eight winning firms received high marks for confidence in leadership, strong communication, corporate culture, ongoing training options, fair pay and benefits, and overall satisfaction, among other criteria.
