HBS Welcomes Attorneys Sarai Medrano & Julie Hill to Little Rock
Hall Booth Smith is pleased to welcome Attorneys Sarai Medrano and Julie Hill to its Little Rock office.

Sarai Medrano
Sarai’s practice focuses on immigration and labor and employment matters. Previously a summer associate with HBS, she was also a law clerk for the Office of Arkansas Attorney General’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit, where she assisted in investigating violations of state and federal law involving Medicaid providers and the abuse or neglect of nursing home residents. Prior to that, she served as a law clerk for a local firm, where she managed handling a wide range of criminal and civil matters. In this role, she was actively involved in Cara Connor’s campaign in the election for Circuit Judge for District 6, Division 12.
Julie Hill
Julie is focusing on agribusiness and food and general liability matters. Formerly a summer associate with HBS, she served as an intern for U.S. Congressman Rick Crawford and assisted veterans with the status of their disability claims in the Department of Veterans Affairs. Additionally, she externed at the Arkansas Department of Agriculture and observed administrative law proceedings. She also clerked for the Public Protection Department of the Office of the Arkansas Attorney General and the Lonoke County Prosecutor’s Office.
