MIAMI, FLORIDA – – Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is excited to welcome three attorneys in the Miami office: Stephanie Rodriguez, Megan Basso, and Kyle Lee.

Stephanie Rodriguez

Stephanie Rodriguez joins as an Associate where she focuses her practice on appellate, medical malpractice, general liability, products liability, and premises liability matters.

Prior to passing the Bar, Stephanie was a Summer Associate with HBS and began her legal career working as a legal assistant at a local personal injury firm. Stephanie earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University, where she was the Lead Technical Editor of the Nova Law Review. She also holds a B.S. in Communications from Florida International University.

Megan Basso

Megan Basso joins as an Associate where she focuses her practice on general liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, and products liability matters.

Prior to passing the Bar, Megan was a Summer Associate with HBS and another firm and previously worked as an intern at Trinifold Arts Management in Camden, London. Megan earned her J.D. from Belmont University, where she was the Executive Notes Editor for the Belmont Law Review. She also holds a B.S.B.A. in International Business from Hawaii Pacific University.

Kyle Lee

Kyle Lee joins as an Associate where he focuses his practice on the defense of general liability, medical malpractice, and products liability matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Kyle was a Summer Associate at a civil defense firm where he gained experience in construction law, governments contracts, and commercial and healthcare litigation. Kyle earned his J.D. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Boyd School of Law. He completed his B.A. in Business Management and Prelaw at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
