HBS Grows Missoula Office with Addition of Three Attorneys

Hall Booth Smith Missoula is proud to welcome Attorneys Marisa L. Wahlstrom, Annabelle Smith, and Britton J. Fraser as it continues to grow to serve its clients in the state of Montana.

Attorney Backgrounds

Marisa L. Wahlstrom

Marisa focuses her practice on business litigation, business transactions, corporate and partnership, health care, and medical malpractice matters. Previously, she worked as a law clerk with HBS. She also has prior experience as an in-house paralegal in Fresno, California, for a regional industry leader in land acquisition, development, and home building.

Annabelle Smith

Annabelle practices in business litigation, health care, and medical malpractice matters. Prior to joining HBS, she interned with the Montana Innocence Project, where she investigated changes in medical practices and forensic sciences for post-conviction relief and helped obtain parole for a man who had been incarcerated for over three decades for a crime he is still in the process of overturning. She also worked as a legal assistant for local law firms.

Britton J. Fraser

Britton practices in appellate, general liability, government affairs, insurance coverage, and medical malpractice. Prior to joining HBS, Britton was an associate for a local firm. He also clerked for the Montana Supreme Court with Justices Beth Baker and James Rice. Britton earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Montana, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Montana Law Review. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Marquette University.
