New Partner, Mr. Paul Justice Joins Hall Booth Smith

Hall Booth Smith, P.C. is pleased to announce the addition of Paul Justice as a partner. With more than a decade of service to Emory Healthcare and Saint Joseph’s Health System, Mr. Justice’s extensive experience will allow HBS to provide a greater level of service to our healthcare clients.

Previously serving as Associate General Counsel for Emory University and Emory Healthcare, Mr. Justice’s experience coincides with HBS’s continued effort to become the premier resource for all types of health care providers. Prior to the formation of a joint operating company between Emory and Saint Joseph’s Health System in 2012, Mr. Justice also served as Vice President & General Counsel of Saint Joseph’s Health System for nearly ten years.

Mr. Justice is a former chair of the Health Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia, and is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association.  He is also a member of the Georgia Academy of Healthcare Attorneys, where he currently serves as President. Mr. Justice graduated cum laude from The University of Georgia and cum laude from The University of Georgia School of Law. He will work primarily from the Atlanta office, but he will be available to serve clients in all seven of HBS’s regional offices.

The Atlanta office of HBS is the largest of its regional offices and serves as a base for serving clients throughout the state, region and nation. The firm’s practice groups include Health Care, Environmental, Professional Malpractice, Transportation, Long-term Care and Senior Housing, and Government Affairs.  The firm has offices in six Georgia cities as well as North Palm Beach, Fla., Nashville, Tenn., and Charleston, S.C.

“HBS is proud and excited to welcome Paul.  He joins an outstanding team of talented health care attorneys.  We have enjoyed serving Paul as our client through the years and are honored to practice side by side with him serving all our clients going forward,” said firm founder John Hall.
