Hall Booth Smith adds two new Associates in the Atlanta office

ATLANTA – May 14, 2019– Hall Booth Smith, P.C. is pleased to welcome two new associates as the Atlanta office adds new talent to meet client needs.

Angela Tompkins is an Associate who focuses her practice on a wide variety of health care claims. She was previously a legal extern in the Public Health Law Program at the Centers for

Disease Control and Prevention, and a legal extern for the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit in the Georgia Attorney General’s office.

Earlier in her career, Tompkins was a nurse data analyst at WellStar Health System in Marietta, Georgia, and she held senior clinical nursing roles at Floyd Medical Center in Rome, Georgia. Tompkins earned a dual degree J.D. with a Health Law Certificate with honors and a Master of Science in Health Administration from Georgia State University College of Law. She also holds a Bachelor’s in nursing, cum laude, from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business.

Cameron A. Mobley is an Associate who focuses on medical malpractice and premises liability matters. He has defended large hospital systems and individuals in medical malpractice claims, and he has represented plaintiffs, giving him unique insights and experiences to better inform his strategy in defending HBS clients. He has also defended large concert and event venues in premises liability matters, and he has litigated commercial auto, trucking, healthcare and hospital regulatory compliance and other business matters.

Mobley earned a J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law, where he was President of the Student Trial Lawyers Association and led the team in winning two national competitions and runner up in a third. He completed a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from The Citadel, where he was a four-year varsity letter recipient in football and graduated a semester early.
