HBS Adds Associate Kellie Llona in Tampa

TAMPA, FL – July 14, 2021 – Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) welcomes Associate Kellie Llona to its Tampa office as the firm expands to serve client needs in the state of Florida.

Kellie concentrates her practice on aging services, general liability and medical malpractice defense matters.

Prior to joining HBS, she worked in the felony division of the Office of the State Attorney, 13th Judicial Circuit. Kellie began her legal career at Legal Aid Service of Broward County as a Justice AmeriCorps Attorney and later represented immigrants before The Executive Office for Immigration Review at a Florida law firm. In addition, she worked as a senior attorney at the Department of Children and Families representing the Department in termination of parental rights proceedings before transitioning to criminal prosecution.

Kellie earned a J.D. from Barry University School of Law and completed a B.A. in political science from the University of Florida. She is fluent in Spanish.
