Hall Booth Smith is proud to welcome Of Counsel Kathleen Wilkinson to its Atlanta office, who previously joined the Atlanta office from 2017 to 2021.

Kathleen focuses her practice on aging services and health care matters. She represents a wide range of providers including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and personal care homes in all phases of litigation. Prior to her return, she worked exclusively with one of the largest long-term care providers in the state of Georgia, representing their facilities in all pre-suit claims and long-term care litigation.

Kathleen earned her Juris Doctor, with honors, from Emory University, where she was a member of the Emory Law Journal. She earned her Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama. Most recently, Kathleen was appointed to a second term on Georgia’s Judicial Nominating Commission by Georgia Governor Brian Kemp and presently serves as a member on the Commission.
