Kathleen Wilkinson is an associate in the Atlanta Office focusing on long-term care and aging-services litigation.  She is also a member of the firm’s government affairs practice group.

Kathleen assists local counsel, providers, and carriers with the evaluation and management of batch claims where she provides individual claim reviews, analysis, and recommendations for resolution.

As a member of the HBS Coronavirus Task Force and Aging Services Practice Group, Kathleen defends healthcare providers, particularly in the long-term care setting, facing liability arising from care rendered in response to COVID-19.

Prior to law school, Kathleen worked for Georgia Governor Nathan Deal as the Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff. Kathleen received a Juris Doctor, with Honors, from Emory University School of Law where she was a member of the Emory Law Journal and was a pupil in the Columbus, Georgia Inn of Court.  She received a Bachelor of Arts, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Alabama.
