ATLANTA, GEORGIA – – Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is excited to welcome five attorneys in its Atlanta office: Anne Marie Simoneaux, Margaret Daly, Navroz Tharani, Olivia Spradley, and Henry Cleland.

Anne Marie Simoneaux

Anne Marie Simoneaux is an Associate in our Atlanta office where she focuses her practice on business litigation and business transaction matters. Prior to joining HBS, Anne Marie interned for the Honorable J.P. Boulee of the District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. She also interned for the Honorable Nels S.D. Peterson of the Supreme Court of Georgia.

Anne Marie earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law where she was a business editor for the Georgia State University Law Review. She was also a CALI Award recipient in torts; evidence; and wills, trusts, and estates. Anne Marie also holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Emory University.

Navroz Tharani

Navroz Tharani is an Associate in our Atlanta office where he focuses his practice on data privacy and cyber security and transportation matters.

Formerly, Navroz was a Summer Associate at HBS and interned for the Northeastern Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s office. Navroz earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he received the IAPP Westin Scholar Award. He was also the Executive Online Editor for the Journal of Intellectual Property Law, and a member of the National Semifinalist Moot Court team. He also holds a B.A. in Public Policy Studies from the University of Chicago.

Meg Daly

Margaret “Meg” Daly is an Associate in our Atlanta office where she focuses her practice on appellate, general liability, medical malpractice, and premises liability matters. Prior to joining HBS, Meg externed with the University of North Carolina’s Office of University Counsel. She also externed for the Honorable Robert T. Numbers in the Eastern District of North Carolina.

Meg earned her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she was a staff member and notes editor for the North Carolina Journal of Law and Technology. She also was a member of the Intellectual Property Moot Court Team, where her team was the second-place brief winner in the International Trademark Association’s Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition. Additionally, Meg holds a B.A., magna cum laude, in Criminal Justice from the University of South Carolina.

Olivia Spradley

Olivia Spradley is an Associate in our Atlanta office where she focuses her practice on aging services and medical malpractice matters. Previously, Olivia was a Summer Associate at HBS and another local civil defense firm. She also interned with Integrated Benefits, Inc. alongside the Chief Legal Officer, where she gained experience in medical research and case law.

Olivia earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from Mercer University School of Law where she graduated with a certificate in Advanced Legal Writing, Research and Drafting. Olivia received the CALI award in Contracts I, Evidence, Wills, Trusts and Estates, and Advanced Writing Group. She was also active in mock trial and served as Secretary and Chief Honor Court Justice for the Student Bar Association. Olivia also holds a B.B.A., magna cum laude, in Finance from the University of Georgia.

Henry Cleland

Henry Cleland is an Associate in our Atlanta office where he focuses his practice on appellate, education, government liability, and labor and employment matters. Formerly, Henry was a Summer Associate at HBS and interned for the Honorable Gregory F. Van Tatenhove with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. He also worked as a project assistant for a local law firm, where he gained experience in corporate transactions.

Henry earned his J.D. at the Washington & Lee University School of Law, where he was Senior Articles Editor for their Journal of Social Justice and Civil Rights. He also holds a B.A., magna cum laude, in History from Sewanee: The University of the South.
