Chase Duff
Biography
Chase Duff is an Associate in the Augusta, Georgia office of Hall Booth Smith, where his practice focuses on medical malpractice, long‑term care, general liability, and premises liability matters. He was recognized by Best Lawyers as a 2026 “Ones to Watch.”
Prior to joining HBS, Chase developed a strong foundation in civil litigation at a plaintiff’s firm, where he represented clients in a broad spectrum of tort matters, including general liability, motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, trucking accidents, and wrongful death claims. Before attending law school, Chase worked as an intern, paralegal, and staff legal investigator, gaining hands‑on experience across multiple facets of case development. This diverse background gives him a well‑rounded perspective and allows him to approach each matter with a practical understanding of how cases evolve from initial investigation through resolution.
Chase earned his Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law in 2021 and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia.
