Chazle’ N. Woodley
Biography
Chazle’ N. Woodley is an associate in our Raleigh office and practices in business litigation, business transactions, environmental, mass torts, and land use, general liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, professional liability, and products liability matters.
Prior to joining HBS, Chazle’ was a mass torts and litigation attorney and prepared matters for multi-district litigation and communicated with veterans to provide constant updates on Camp Lejeune litigation. She also worked as an associate for a local law firm in Raleigh, North Carolina. While in law school, Chazle’s worked as a summer associate for the Center for Death Penalty and Litigation, where she assisted in researching prospects for new litigation and preparing cases for trial.
Chazle’ earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from North Carolina Central University. While there, she led the Dean’s Student Advisory Board and served as a civil procedure tutor, Student Bar Association president, and managing editor for the Environmental Law Review. She also earned her Master of Business Administration from National Louis University and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
