Hall Booth Smith Welcomes Associate Thomas Reardon to Raleigh Office

Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is pleased to announce that Thomas Reardon has joined the firm’s Raleigh office as an Associate. His practice focuses on general liability and premises liability matters.

Thomas represents businesses, insurers and individuals throughout all phases of litigation, providing strategic counsel from case inception through resolution. His experience includes motion practice, discovery, hearings, mediations, settlement negotiations and appellate briefing. He has represented clients in state trial and appellate courts throughout North Carolina and has handled matters involving complex liability and damages issues.

Prior to joining HBS, Thomas practiced with a Durham-area litigation firm, where he managed a diverse caseload involving insurance defense and civil litigation matters.

Thomas earned his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from Kenyon College. During law school, he also gained experience supporting civil and enforcement matters through a clerkship with the West Virginia Attorney General’s Office. He is admitted to practice in North Carolina.
