Drew Brooks is a Partner in the Columbus office who primarily concentrates his practice in the area of fiduciary litigation through the representation of beneficiaries, administrators, executors, trustees, and other fiduciaries in various types of contested matters. He also practices in the area of medical malpractice through the representation of hospitals, nurses, physicians, and other professional medical providers.
He received a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2016. While in law school, he was on the Editorial Board for the Journal of Intellectual Property Law. Drew also served as Treasurer of the Student Bar Association and panel director for the Georgia Association of Law and Politics. He also earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Georgia.
