Elizabeth F. Fulton is an Associate in our Charleston office, with a growing practice focused on general liability, insurance coverage, professional negligence and medical malpractice. Earlier in her career, she was an associate attorney for a boutique law firm in Charleston, and while in law school she served the Charleston City Council as a legislative intern.

Elizabeth Fulton is a member of the South Carolina Lawyers Fund for Client Protection, a board member of the Charleston School of Law Alumni Association and an ambassador to the South Carolina Bar Foundation where she was selected as one of thirteen inaugural ambassadors and recently committed to serving another three-year term. She also serves as a Ninth Circuit representative for the South Carolina Bar’s House of Delegates.

Elizabeth received a Juris Doctorate from the Charleston School of Law, graduating cum laudein 2012. While there, she served as treasurer and president of the Student Bar Association, was a member of the Pinckney Inn of Court and worked on pro bono projects for the Housing Authority of the City of Charleston. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication from East Carolina University, where she graduated magna cum laude.

EXPERIENCE

Elizabeth’s practice is heavily focused on civil litigation and trial work. She regularly tries cases throughout South Carolina and has also appeared before the South Carolina Court of Appeals.
