Grayson Stewart
Biography
Grayson Stewart is an associate in the Atlanta office of Hall Booth Smith, where he focuses his practice on general liability, construction, premises liability, products liability, and transportation matters.
Prior to joining Hall Booth Smith, Grayson gained valuable legal experience through clerkships in the private sector. As a law clerk at a Tuscaloosa-based firm, he drafted motions and briefs, prepared contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and conducted complex legal research. He also served as a law clerk with the America First Policy Institute in Washington, D.C., where he researched unique constitutional law issues, prepared complaints in Freedom of Information Act cases, and drafted memoranda addressing topics such as substantive due process, equal protection, and municipal liability.
Grayson earned his Juris Doctor from The University of Alabama School of Law. During law school, Grayson was a senior editor for The Journal of the Legal Profession and an active member of the Federalist Society and Business Law Society. He also participated in The Fund for American Studies fellowship program, attending seminars on constitutional interpretation, guest lectures, and one-on-one career development sessions with practicing attorneys.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of Alabama, where he also served as a Recruiting Specialist for the Crimson Tide football program. In his free time, Grayson loves to watch Alabama sporting events and play golf.
