Madeline M. Clarke
Biography
Madeline M. Clarke is an associate in the firm’s Missoula office, where she focuses her practice on commercial transactions, real estate, corporate law, and estate planning.
Prior to joining HBS, Madeline was an associate at a regional law firm as a member of its commercial transactions and tax, trusts, and estates practice groups. She has experience advising clients on a wide range of transactional matters, including drafting and reviewing documents related to real estate transactions such as buy-sell agreements, deeds, leases, and mortgage documents. She has also previously counseled clients on corporate formation and governance, estate planning and administration, and water rights adjudication.
Madeline earned her Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law, where she served as President of the Environmental Law Caucus, Community Outreach Director of the Women’s Law Caucus, and Core Team Leader for the Health Equity Circle. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, cum laude, from Creighton University.
