Hall Booth Smith Welcomes Madeline Clarke to Missoula Office
The Missoula office of Hall Booth Smith is excited to welcome Madeline Clarke to its office. Madeline will bring her previous experience in transactional and real estate matters to enhance the practices the Missoula office offers to clients across the state.

About Madeline Clarke
Prior to joining HBS, Madeline was an associate at a regional law firm as a member of its commercial transactions and tax, trusts, and estates practice groups. She has experience advising clients on a wide range of transactional matters, including drafting and reviewing documents related to real estate transactions such as buy-sell agreements, deeds, leases, and mortgage documents. She has also previously counseled clients on corporate formation and governance, estate planning and administration, and water rights adjudication.
Madeline earned her Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, cum laude, from Creighton University.
