Tyler M. Cuff
Biography
Tyler Cuff is a Partner in the Albuquerque office of Hall Booth Smith. His practice focuses on business litigation, products and general liability, and medical malpractice matters. He represents clients across a broad range of complex civil litigation, including products liability and class action matters, breach of warranty claims, wrongful death claims, tort and personal injury disputes, professional liability claims, and breach of contract actions.
Tyler has extensive experience defending clients in both jury and bench trials in state and federal courts. He also represents clients before various administrative tribunals, providing strategic guidance at every stage of the litigation process. Known for his thoughtful, thorough approach, Tyler works closely with clients to develop practical solutions tailored to their business and legal objectives.
In addition to his practice, Tyler serves as an adjunct professor at the University of New Mexico School of Law, where he teaches a Civil Procedure practicum course to first-, second-, and third-year law students.
Tyler earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia and his Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University.
