Hall Booth Smith Adds Geoff Sessions as Partner in Jacksonville

JACKSONVILLE, FL – May 10, 2019 – Hall Booth Smith, P.C. is delighted to welcome Geoffrey D. Sessions as a Partner in its office in Jacksonville, Florida, where demand for aging services and medical malpractice defense continues to grow.

Sessions brings more than 20 years of litigation, arbitration and transactional experience to the firm and has a reputation for rigorously defending doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals as well as hospitals and facilities in a wide variety of cases. He was previously a shareholder at two other Jacksonville firms, and began his career as a prosecutor in Tallahassee, Florida.

Sessions earned a Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law, and during law school he was a member of the Trial Team, Moot Court Board and Phi Delta Phi. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University.

He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and the Defense Research Institute, and he holds an A/V rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He is also a frequently requested speaker on issues and trends affecting aging services providers, and he serves on the Board of Directors for Pine Castle, an organization that empowers adults with developmental and intellectual differences through work and learning opportunities.
