Hall Booth Smith Welcomes Kessler to Asheville Office

ASHEVILLE, NC – July 12, 2021 – Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) welcomes Austin Rowe Kessler as an Associate to its growing office in Asheville, North Carolina.

Austin concentrates his practice on insurance defense and general liability matters. He also represents clients in medical malpractice, professional malpractice and negligence and governmental liability disputes.

Prior to joining HBS, Austin worked at a firm in Raleigh and Columbus, North Carolina where he conducted trials and hearings in District Court and Superior Court. He previously focused on family law disputes and civil litigation, estate planning, probate matters and criminal defense.

Austin earned a J.D. from Campbell University School of Law and a B.A. in criminal justice with a minor in sociology from Guilford College.
