
Hall Booth Smith Welcomes Two Attorneys to Oklahoma City Office

Hall Booth Smith is proud to welcome Associates Alejandra Gutierrez and Kristin Siegel to the Oklahoma City office.

Alejandra focuses her practice on correctional health care, dental, and medical malpractice law. Prior to joining HBS, she practiced at a premier trial firm in Oklahoma, where she concentrated on medical malpractice defense and trucking litigation.
Kristin practices in general liability, governmental liability, insurance coverage, medical malpractice, premises liability, and products liability matters. Prior to joining HBS, Kristin served as the Senior Deputy General Counsel for the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA), which regulates medical marijuana businesses and patients. In this role, she prosecuted hundreds of complex regulatory cases to uphold public health and safety standards. Kristin also defended the State of Oklahoma in injunction and appellate actions to ensure the continued enforcement of statutory mandates.
