HBS Hires Reinkall as Partner, Roberts as Associate in Miami Office
MIAMI – July 22, 2020 – Hall Booth Smith, P.C. is thrilled to welcome Christopher Reinkall as a Partner and Emily Roberts as an Associate as the firm’s Miami office grows to meet the needs of clients across South Florida.
Reinkall has two decades of experience as a litigator who defends clients in high-stakes lawsuits including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, transportation, construction and professional negligence.
He has served as defense counsel for one of the largest employers of medical professionals in the United States and represented physicians and physician assistants in a wide range of medical negligence actions. He also worked for a major construction company and defended wrongful death and personal injury matters, and he has extensive experience defending trucking companies in negligence lawsuits.
Earlier in his career, Reinkall became panel counsel for a major London insurer. Reinkall maintains this role to this day and handles medical insurance coverage matters, nursing care and general liability claims. Reinkall earned a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola University Chicago. He is AV rated in peer reviews by Martindale Hubbell.
Also joining Hall Booth Smith’s Miami office is Emily E. Roberts, an Associate who focuses her practice on medical malpractice and general civil litigation. She previously interned at Florida’s Third District Court of Appeals and at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She earned a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida State University.
