HBS Welcomes Attorneys Ciera Locklair and Sandro Stojanovic

Hall Booth Smith is pleased to welcome Attorneys Ciera Locklair and Sandro Stojanovic as Associates to the Atlanta office.
Ciera Locklair graduated from the University of Tennessee with a B.A. in English Literature. Ms. Locklair received her J.D. from the Florida State University College of Law.   Ms. Locklair’s practice concentration is litigation in the areas of government liability, employment, products liability, civil rights (sections 1983 &1985) defense, and premises liability.  She has worked on general liability as well as high exposure matters and complex e-discovery throughout Georgia.  During law school, she worked as a law intern for the Florida State Law Public Interest Law Center where, under supervision, she represented clients with social security matters.  Her representation included, but was not limited to, initial filing with the Social Security Administration, appeals process, and handling the hearings before the Social Security Administration. She was also a member of the journal of land use and environmental law. Ms. Locklair is admitted to practice before state and federal courts in the State of Georgia and Tennessee.
Sandro Stojanovic graduated from the University of Georgia  with a B.A. in International Studies. Mr. Stojanovic received his J.D. from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School.  With over six years in the legal field, Mr. Stojanovic has assisted with approximately 50 litigation cases involving medical malpractice. He has case experience with professional negligence, dental, labor and delivery, long-term care, physical therapy, contract disputes, and immigration matters.  Mr. Stojanovic’s practice is also focused on business immigration and family-based immigration. Being able to speak 5 different languages, he will be able to assist many clients in ensuring that their employment practices comply with all business immigration-related requirements. Mr. Stojanovic’s family-based immigration practice includes, more specifically visas, permanent residence applications, and citizenship. Mr. Stojanovic is admitted to practice before state and federal courts in the State of Georgia.
