HBS Mourns the Loss of Michael Callicutt

We are deeply saddened to announce that our colleague and friend Michael Callicutt, an Associate in our Athens office, passed away on January 22nd.

Michael grew up in our firm, starting as a records clerk nearly 10 years ago. He then gained valuable legal experience as a legal assistant and law clerk at the firm while completing his Juris Doctor at Georgia State University (GSU). At GSU he received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award® in both Georgia Practice & Procedure and Complex Litigation. Before starting law school, Michael interned with the District Attorney’s Office for Georgia’s Northern Judicial Circuit.

Michael was a hardworking, generous, and kind friend to all of us within the firm. He was a loving husband and father to three boys, and he will be greatly missed.
