About the Attorneys

Allison J. Forster

Allison focuses her practice on aging services, general liability, medical malpractice, and premises liability matters. Prior to joining HBS, she worked as an assistant state attorney with the Broward State Attorney’s office. She was assigned to both the Misdemeanor and Felony Trial Units and tried numerous jury trials to verdict while there. She also has experience serving in the Palm Beach State Attorney’s Office in their Domestic Violence Unit. While in law school, she worked as a law clerk in the mass torts unit of a well-respected plaintiff’s firm.

Jessica Chavis

Jessica practices in insurance coverage, medical malpractice, and premises liability matters. Prior to joining HBS, she worked as an associate at a Florida insurance defense firm. While there, she managed a variety of general liability claims including auto accident, premises liability, property damage, and medical malpractice matters. She attended law school as a part-time student while working full-time in civil liability, which has given her a unique and personable approach to cases.
