Carolina Martin is an Associate in our office in Nashville with nearly a decade of legal experience. She represents clients in workers’ compensation disputes, labor and employment, immigration, transportation, premises liability, insurance coverage and other commercial litigation.

Earlier in her career, Carolina practiced at other firms in Nashville where she handled numerous cases from inception to conclusion in both state and federal courts and developed legal strategies to bring claims to closure while minimizing exposure for her clients.

She also mediates claims and negotiates settlements, and represents clients through the appellate process to preserve a hard-won victory or overturn an unfavorable outcome. She has served as lead counsel before both civil and administrative courts, and has handled numerous depositions, discoveries, pleadings, motions, briefs and oral arguments at trial.

Carolina earned a Juris Doctorate degree from Pace University School of Law, and she was a visiting student at Vanderbilt University School of Law during her final year of law school. She also completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in legal studies at the State University of New York’s Purchase College.
