Jessica J. Petrassi
Biography
Jessica J. Petrassi is a Partner at our Paramus office in New Jersey, and she defends clients in a wide range of civil litigation disputes including premises liability, general liability, and construction. She also has a vibrant appellate practice.
Jessica represents insurance carriers, construction companies, and other businesses in insurance claims and other civil litigation. She also handles commercial and residential tax appeals and Title 59 public entity defense.
Earlier in her career, Jessica was a legal clerk and a legal intern. During college and law school, she volunteered as a teacher and mentor at New York City public schools, teaching children about the law, the Constitution, and the government and assisted students with writing and public speaking.
Jessica earned a Juris Doctor from New York Law School, where she participated in the Legal Association for Women and became certified in legal research. She also completed a Bachelor of Science from Fordham University.

Jessica represents clients in insurance litigation, premises liability, general liability, construction disputes, tax matters, and appeals. She also handles Title 59 public entity defense cases and a variety of other civil litigation.
