Hall Booth Smith Hires Walker, Rotella as New Jersey Office Expands

SADDLE BROOK, N.J. – Sept. 19, 2019 – Hall Both Smith, P.C. is pleased to welcome two new associates as the newly opened Saddle Brook, New Jersey office expands to meet client needs.

Danielle Walker is an Associate who focuses her practice on defending health care systems, physicians and other health care providers on long-term care and aging services claims. She also handles medical malpractice lawsuits and a variety of other health care matters.

Earlier in her career, Walker was a Senior Staff Attorney for the Honorable Linda Warren Hunter of the DeKalb County Superior Court. She was also a post-graduate fellow with the Honorable Jane Barwick of the Fulton County Superior Court and worked as a Campaign Manager for the judge’s election campaign. Walker earned a J.D., cum laude¸ from Emory University School of Law. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in political science with a minor in sociology from Rutgers University.

Aris Rotella is an Associate who focuses on medical malpractice, aging services and long-term care issues, as well as a variety of general civil litigation matters. Earlier in his career, he was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Marilyn C. Clark, the presiding judge of the criminal division in Passaic County, New Jersey.

Rotella holds a J.D., cum laude, from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where he was Managing Director of the Law Advocacy Board and was awarded the John Bartels Trial Advocacy award at graduation. He also earned two undergraduate degrees from the University of Scranton, double majoring in political science and history with a pre-law concentration. During his undergraduate career, he was elected President of the Student Body and served three terms on the University Governance Counsel and Student Senate.

Reddin, a Partner who previously served on the New Jersey Superior Court bench for 16 years and has more than four decades of legal experience.

Reddin now oversees HBS’s recently opened Saddle Brook office, and leads the firm’s mediation and arbitration practice while also being actively involved in the Security Assessment/Active Shooter practice that helps clients prepare for and respond to crisis events and complex litigation.

The Saddle Brook office also includes Partner Jeffrey M. Daitz, who is Co-Chair of the firm’s Labor and Employment Law Group and Co-Director of the Employment Practices Liability Insurance Defense Department, and Partner Jacqueline Voronov, who represents management in a wide variety of employment matters and litigating employment claims before administrative agencies and state and federal courts.
