Brooks specializes in professional negligence and medical malpractice, health care, general liability, products liability and transportation lawsuits. He joined HBS in 2018 after working for a large defense firm in Miami, where he handled a wide variety of civil litigation cases. Throughout his career, Brooks has represented hospitals, health systems, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, surgeons, nurses and other medical professionals on everything from pre-suit claims to investigation, mediation and motion hearings. He also has experience defending clients in premises liability, negligent security, personal injury, auto and trucking accidents, and legal malpractice claims.
