This milestone recognizes their outstanding legal skill, strong client advocacy, and leadership within the firm. Their advancement underscores HBS’s continued investment in cultivating future leaders and delivering high-quality legal services nationwide.

Timothy Campbell – Oklahoma City
Tim focuses his practice on health care, medical malpractice, premises liability, general liability, construction, and bad faith defense matters. Prior to joining HBS, he acquired extensive experience in civil litigation at several Oklahoma City defense firms. He has conducted a number of bench and jury trials, both solo and as second chair.
Charlie is an experienced trial attorney with extensive courtroom experience, including trying cases in both civil and criminal courts. His litigation practice focuses on defending our clients’ interests in the areas of premises liability, commercial auto, construction defect, business litigation & contract matters, as well as all other areas of general liability. Prior to joining HBS, Charlie was a senior associate with a national insurance defense firm advocating for his clients in all areas of general liability and handled the firm’s claims and suits pertaining to Personal Injury Protection (PIP), auto glass, and all other subrogation matters.
Randy has over twenty years’ experience practicing in arbitration and mediation, construction, general liability, premises liability, and products liability matters. Prior to joining HBS, Randy worked the past fifteen years with a national insurance defense firm, where he defended trucking companies, truck drivers, restaurant owners, shopping center owners, retail establishments, construction companies, and condominium associations in all types of lawsuits.
JT focuses his practice on high-exposure transportation, construction defect, premises liability, professional and medical malpractice, as well as general liability matters. He represents businesses and individuals in various industries including those who have disciplinary or licensing issues and those under investigation by governmental agencies. He has experience working with clients of all sizes, from start-ups to multi-billion-dollar enterprises. Prior to joining HBS, JT worked as general counsel, business consultant, and trainer for a global non-profit and a national consulting firm. There, he managed legal operations for multiple business units in complex employee engagements, human resources, contract negotiation, entity formation, and risk management.
