HBS Oklahoma City Adds Three Attorneys to Its Growing Team

Hall Booth Smith’s Oklahoma City office is excited to announce the addition of Partner Shawn Arnold and Associates Emma Farha and Zach Williams as it grows to better serve the Oklahoma City area and its surroundings.

About the Attorneys

Shawn Arnold

Shawn has over 35 years of experience in civil litigation in state and federal courts. He represents individuals and businesses in cases involving personal injury, property damage, construction defects, automobile and trucking, and insurance matters.

Before joining HBS, Shawn was a partner with one of the oldest law firms in Oklahoma, where he had extensive experience in the preparation of trial and appellate level briefs, successful mediations and settlements, and having first chaired over fifty jury trials.

Emma Farha

Emma focuses on correctional health care, health care, insurance coverage, and medical malpractice matters. Prior to joining HBS, Emma was an intern and summer associate at other civil defense firms in Oklahoma City that specialized in medical malpractice.

While in law school, she worked as a licensed legal intern at the University of Oklahoma Law’s Legal Clinic for indigent clients, which included drafting and filing dissolution and adoption proceedings while working closely with clients to help them better navigate the legal system.

Zach Williams

Zach focuses his practice on appellate and medical malpractice matters. Prior to joining HBS, he clerked for the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals. He also worked as an attorney at a national insurance claim litigation firm.

Zach earned his Juris Doctor and his Bachelor of Music from the University of Oklahoma. He also earned a Master’s in Music History, Literature, and Theory from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
